Delete your account

To request deletion of your RouteRock account and the data stored with it, email support@routerockhub.com from the account email.

1. From the account email, write to support@routerockhub.com.
2. Use the subject line Delete my RouteRock account. The link fills this in when the email app allows it.
3. Send the email. We complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account name and email
• Precise location collected while the driver was clocked in
• Ticket photos
• Clock-in and clock-out times
• Feedback submitted in the app
• Offline queue data stored for the account

Records the company may keep

The company may retain records it is legally required to keep.
