Privacy Policy
This is the privacy policy for the RouteRock mobile app. It describes what the app collects, who can see it, and how to ask for access or deletion.

Information the app collects
Account email and name
We collect the email address and name on the driver’s RouteRock account.
Precise location
While a driver is clocked in, the app collects precise location in the foreground and in the background. It collects precise location only while the driver is clocked in. Precise location is stored in our Supabase database and is visible to the driver’s company.
Ticket photos
Drivers can upload photos of tickets. The app stores those photos. A driver can open a ticket photo in a full-screen viewer, and submitted tickets are listed in the app.
Clock-in and clock-out times
The app records clock-in and clock-out times. The times are filled in automatically. Drivers cannot edit them.
Feedback
If you send feedback in the app, we receive that submission.
Device and offline queue data
The app keeps an offline queue for clock events and GPS points. We collect device and offline-queue data as needed to hold those events and send them when a connection is available.
Who can see this data
Data collected through the app is visible to the driver’s employer. Precise location is visible to the driver’s company.
Advertising
RouteRock does not use ad tracking. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising.
Service providers
We use Supabase for hosting and the database. The information described above is stored there so the app can run.
Retention
We keep account and app data while it is needed to provide RouteRock to the driver’s company. When you request deletion, we delete the account and the associated data within 30 days. That includes the account name and email, precise location, ticket photos, clock-in and clock-out times, feedback submitted in the app, and offline queue data stored for the account.
The company may retain records it is legally required to keep. The steps to ask for deletion are on the Delete account page.
Security
App data is stored in Supabase. Access is limited to what is needed to operate RouteRock and to what the driver’s company can see.
Children
RouteRock is not directed at children. The app is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have information from a child under 13, email support@routerockhub.com and ask us to delete it.
Access and deletion
To request access to your information, email support@routerockhub.com.
To request deletion of your account and data, email support@routerockhub.com from the account email. Use the subject line Delete my RouteRock account. We complete that request within 30 days. Details are on the Delete account page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
