Terms of Service

These terms are subject to review. They are plain-language terms for the RouteRock app and this website. Effective .

Who provides RouteRock

RouteRock is provided by LoadMax Logistics, a trucking company in the Charlotte, NC area. Questions about these terms go to support@routerockhub.com.

Acceptance

If you use the RouteRock app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Accounts

Drivers sign in to use the app. Clock-in and clock-out times fill in on their own, and drivers cannot edit them. Drivers photograph tickets and can open a photo full screen.

The company that uses RouteRock is responsible for its drivers and for how it uses the records the app keeps. Owners and dispatchers should only look at records for their own company.

Acceptable use

Use RouteRock for your hauling work. Do not try to break the app, reach another company’s data, or upload a ticket photo you do not have a right to share.

Your tickets and data

Your company owns the tickets and the other data it puts into RouteRock. We store that data so the app can run. What the app collects, and who can see it, is in the Privacy Policy.

Location

GPS runs only while the driver is clocked in, in the foreground and in the background. It stops at clock-out. The company can see that location.

Availability

RouteRock is rolling out to fleets now. We do not guarantee that the app or this website will stay up without interruption.

Pricing

Pricing is set with each fleet. This site does not list a price, a rate, or a perk.

Ending access

We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering RouteRock. To delete an account, use the steps on the Delete account page.

Disclaimers and liability

The app and this website are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will be error-free or fit for a particular job.

To the extent North Carolina law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits that come from using RouteRock. Some places do not allow those limits. Where they do not, the limit is only what the law still allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
