Driver hours

How to settle driver hour disputes

The argument starts when the start time was never locked.

Why do driver hours get argued?

A handwritten time and a memory of the pit do not match. There is nothing on paper that both sides agreed to when the driver started.

What does the app record?

Clock-in and clock-out times fill in on their own. Drivers cannot change them. The company can see those clock times, the ticket photo, and GPS collected only while the driver was clocked in.

The clock steps are on haul ticket tracking.

Is that a dispatch board?

Not yet. The owner live map, invoicing and reports, and admin screens are coming soon. Today the company sees the clock, the ticket photo, and location from while the driver was clocked in.
