Dump tickets
How to stop losing dump truck tickets
A ticket that never makes it back to the yard is a haul without a record.
Where do paper dump tickets go?
They sit in a cupholder, a door pocket, or on the dash. Rain makes them wet. A crumpled slip is hard to read. Once it is gone, the load is a story instead of a record.
The photo path is on the dump truck ticketing app page.
What does a photo change?
The driver photographs the ticket and can open it full screen. Submitted tickets stay in a list, and missing ticket alerts flag a haul that still needs a photo. The company can see the photo.
The same steps are on haul ticket tracking.
What about the pile at month end?
Chasing tickets at month end is the same problem, later. The submitted list and the missing-ticket alerts show which hauls still need a photo. Invoicing and reports are coming soon.
