Paper tickets vs digital ticketing for dump trucks

The difference is what is still there when the truck gets back.

What goes wrong with a paper ticket?

A paper ticket gets lost, wet, or crumpled. It does not record when the driver clocked in. At month end someone is still chasing the slip.

What is a digital ticket in RouteRock?

The driver photographs the ticket and can open it full screen. Clock-in and clock-out times fill in on their own, and drivers cannot edit them. Submitted tickets stay in a list, and missing ticket alerts flag a haul that still needs a photo.

See it on the dump truck ticketing app page.

Does digital ticketing mean dispatch?

Not yet. The owner live map, invoicing and reports, and admin screens are coming soon. Pricing is set with each fleet during rollout.

The note on price is on RouteRock pricing.
